To File An Insurance Complaint
Explanation of what to include in a complaint and how
to file. Complaints can be submitted via email or with
a standard form.
Email: Go to the National
Association of Insurance Commissioners' (NAIC) Consumer
Information Source and click on "File a Consumer
Complaint" which you then submit to the state of Mississippi.
On paper: Download the MID's
Complaint Reporting Form (Adobe Acrobat, PDF document);
print out the form, fill it out, and then mail it to
the Mississippi Insurance Department (see mailing address
above).
